I had already heard of this type of therapy being highly effective, but wasn't expecting these kinds of results. I'm not overstating, Sophie has fixed 20+ years of shoulder, neck and jaw problems in just one quick session. I might have to take up a sport when I run out of reasons to keep coming back.

Sophie’s comprehension of the muscles of the body and how they work are second to none. She finds the tight spots, works on them hard until the tightness disappears, and to support what she does in clinic, gives me exercises to do at home. I highly recommend Sophie.
