    If there is a 0 star options, I will give a 0. I did not see a statement for their automatic enrollment system. So if you enrolled for 1 term. They will automatically enroll you for the following term. Also during my kid with them for 1 term. My kid was put to different coach for 7 weeks. The original booked coach only show up the last 3 weeks. It's very hard for a 5 years old learning for swimming with different coaches for their beginners journey. Now I have to pay the "automatic" forced enrolled class for term 2 which my sons never attended.

    My son used to attend this swim school. They need improvement on their teaching styles. He is now at a swim school that is better at teaching. The turning point was when I raised concern over another parent taking photos of other kids in the class and it was brushed aside.
