Dr Mubark first treated me for a work injury in 2019. I have since seen him for a sports injury and most recently for a gardening injury. He is very professional, and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Very pleased with the results. Had been to physio for over a year with 2 tendons with calcification. One visit with Dr Hussen, 1 injection in each tendon and Im fixed. Why wasn't I sent 6 months ago?

After suffering with restricted movement and rotator cuff issues for years, Dr Hassan Mubark treated me with PRP injections in a gentle, non surgical procedure. In the six weeks since the procedure I have already noticed improved function with my shoulders, and my husband has noticed a big difference with my swimming stroke reach. I am in the early stages of my rehabilitation, and believe with the exercise regime Dr Mubark has prescribed will continue to see improvement.

I was referred to Doctor Hassan Mubark two and a half years ago, I was suffering from what was diagnosed as rheumatoid arthritis. Under his supervision I have been able to control the problem to the point of being basically normal again. With his advise and explanation of my condition we have been able to reach this stage. His manner and support have been the key factor, I cannot thank him enough. A good person and a great practitioner, thank you my friend.

Prior to my injury I was a very fit and healthy 55 year old woman. I was in preparation for my first strong woman competition and lifted weights and hiked in the hills regularly. In July 2021 was admitted to hospital with a severe infection in my knee. I would have 4 surgeries during my initial hospital stay , and a 5th about 3 months later. All the surgeons involved were not overly optimistic about my future. They indicated at best I would get 90 degree movement in my knee. Through determination and a lot of rehab with my Movement therapists I managed to get my knee flexion above 105 degrees, however I was still left with significant discomfort, a swollen appearance, and a lack of mind muscle connection with that whole leg. I was on a medical marijuana prescription to help manage daily life. A follow up in December 2022 with a surgeon diagnosed me with Severe Tricompartmental osteoarthritis. They basically said that a knee replacement was my only option but even that wasn’t available for another 7 years due to the risk associated with my previous septic arthritis. It was this diagnosis that led me to start researching about alternative options. I found Dr Mubark via a google search and reached out to him via email on a Friday of a long weekend. I was incredibly surprised that he contacted me back within 24 hours and basically insisted on a Sunday video call consult. It was from this point that I realised Hassan had a true passion for his work and a genuine enthusiasm to help people who have been let down by more traditional public health practices. All along the process my questions have been answered promptly, and often late at night. I’ve felt listened to and respected every step of the way. Fast forward to now, 10 weeks Post stem cell treatment and I’m blown away by the progress. My knee looks and feels better. I am not on any pain relief at all for the past 10 weeks. The glossy swollen appearance has gone. The most important thing for me is that I now feel connected to my leg again. My mobility and leg stability continues to improve every week. The best results are expected between 3 and 6 months so I’m excited to see how much further I can progress. Hassan continues to take interest in my progress and its clear to see he really believes in Stem Cell therapy, and cares about his patients.

My journey to find a doctor who understood the innovative healing capacity of regenerative medicine and the science of stem cell therapy, led me to talk with Dr Hassan Mubark at Auckland Regenerative Clinic. After a meniscectomy on my left knee in 2010 I was told by an orthopaedic surgeon that in 7 years or so I would be seeking advice for knee replacement surgery. I have been closely following the science which could regenerate cartilage and now it has become a reality. The evidence was growing that this new science would indeed be able to help me and I was determined not to resort to an invasive surgical knee replacement. I wanted to access stem cell therapy early rather than later before my knee became too damaged. In 2022 I was told I had moderate OA in left knee, and mild OA in right. After the stem cell procedure was done in Oct 2022, it took 6 1/2 months to really feel the difference and be able to share confidently that the procedure has been a success. And now after 7 1/2 months I am positively over the moon. I feel fantastic! Even broke into a run today on my usual walk as I felt the joint was more cushioned and would not be uncomfortable to add pressure to it. I stride out, fully extending my left leg, which I was incapable of doing before the stem cell procedure. Pain and stiffness has gone and the flexibility of the joint has improved immensely. I have stepped up my yin yoga practise and I am noticing how I can bend my knees beyond what I was able to do previously. Every thing just feels much better and I am confident this will continue to be more so in the months ahead as I continue to heal. Dr Mubark also did stem cell therapy on a stiff swollen joint on my middle right finger due to repetitive strain. The joint still has some stiffness but is improving all the time. On the negative side, occasionally my left knee joint has a stuck feeling and causes me to slow down or limp. This is often short lived these days, and during my walk if I slow down for a bit it seems to righten itself in the same walk. No swelling. Just seems to resolve itself. I am told this will most likely improve as of course I am still healing. I am also taking the supplement NMN, (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide) and my energy levels are amazing. I am fit and healthy and bouncing around feeling 10 years younger. Quite remarkable. Medicine is progressive and stem cell therapy is a massive shift from what is currently offered to the general public. This novel treatment will be the norm hopefully in the not too distant future and offered to a wider spectrum of patients who currently are offered surgical intervention only. Thank you Hassan for performing this miracle procedure and gaining an excellent result for me. I would thoroughly recommend you and your clinic as a viable alternative to surgery.

I injured my hip area in September 2022 and was in a lot of pain and tried rest, physio, and ant-inflammatory medication but without any improvement. On the 2nd of December 2022 I had an ultrasound that showed inflammation of the hip bursa and gluteal tendon tear with calcification. I avoided cortisone injections as I was looking for healing rather than masking the symptoms. Given I had remarkable success with the PRP injection for my right elbow in 2019 under Dr. Hassan Mubark, I decided to have an experimental plasma injection into the hip area in March 2023. After a period of 6 weeks post the procedure, I was pain-free with normal function in the hip area. Yesterday, the 25th of May 2023 after an ultrasound at SRG I received the best news ever - 10 weeks after the procedure the ultrasound at SRG revealed no inflammation of the bursa, and the gluteal tendon tear has healed but the calcification remained. I am happy with regenerative medicine whether it is a simple plasma therapy or stem cell treatment (more costly) as it is superior to cortisone which only masks the symptoms. Thanks very much Dr Hassan for providing this type of treatment! Best for the future, Nico

I had been struggling with shoulder issues for the past 20 years. Mainly due to hypertension from diving playing goal keeper in Feild hockey for over 30 years. Both shoulders had full thickness tears in the supraspinataus which extended to superior fibres of infraspinatus. Bicep muscle damage and other muscle/tendon damage. After researching stem cell treatment I reached out to Dr Mubark after consulting with my Physio Kevin McQuoid. Not wanting to go through the traditional treatment of an operation. Which would have meant 6 weeks in a sling and rehab for 6-9 months and doing it again for the other shoulder. It became worse after over the past 3 years where 3-5 hours of sleep was normal. And a cocktail of pain medication. The pain was the worst when lying down in bed; felt like daggers were lodged into your shoulder joints. I had the Stem Cell injections on the 8th February 2023, everyday I feel the improvement. Day to day activities are 90% better and pain free. Sleeping has improved with only mild discomfort at times. I only take Panadol if it’s really sore but that maybe be twice a week. Mobility and strength is a coming back as I followed Dr Mubark’s and Kevin’s rehab program. We had an ultrasound done last week and it showed the same damage but something must be happening for the pain to ease and mobility to be improving. So glad i chose this option as I’m a lot happier and able to do daily actives without pain. Thank you Dr Mubark.

I have osteoarthritis on the outside of my left ankle that has worsened over time and become painful more often. The stem cell treatment has made a big difference the work on is to rehab/recondition the leg muscles and dynamic movements to get back to normal function as possible. Key outcome to date no pain
