Wow, what an amazing experience I had at this second-hand store. I was told brand doesn’t matter and they just need at least five items to consider for recycling. Fair enough — I went home, carefully picked out more clean, good-quality clothes and brought them back. But surprise! Suddenly, brand does matter — and apparently, my items weren’t “famous enough” to be accepted. So… were we playing a game of “Guess the Real Rules”? Or is it a new kind of minimal-effort customer service trend where people are encouraged to waste their time for fun? Also, just a reminder: some international brands aren’t popular in China anymore, because — newsflash — they pulled out of the market. Next time, maybe be upfront about your real standards — or, I don’t know, Google the label before dismissing it like it’s trash. Thanks for wasting my time

Recycle Boutique is a cool spot with a fantastic selection of stylish clothing. The atmosphere is great, and you can find some beautiful pieces. Definitely a must-visit for those into sustainable and fashionable shopping!
Dropped a couple of bags off today and the staff were so lovely! Eliza and Ash were super friendly and helpful!! I've found many items there in the past but thought I'd see what I could drop in myself, and I was super happy with the service received ☺️

Thrilled to find this open on our Boxing Day stroll. Fabulous selection - gotta love those vintage fabrics and huge variety of styles. Excellent condition clothing, without exception, they could pass as new and nobody else will be wearing anything like it !
