Very impressed with the job. Price was great, delivery prompt. Your worker is an asset to you, he was polite and friendly, respectful of grandkids around and did a good job. Was very thorough and clean as he worked, I expected to find bits of metal everywhere but he cleaned up as he went. Very impressed and would highly recommend.
Absolutely Fantastic! The West Coast Franchisee, (Tony the RM!), has just finished a small job, (big for us though!), on our Cottage in Barrytown. we had horrible, knackered 20 year-old white Marley guttering & spouts, but chose Grey Friars steel guttering and Grey Friars Marley plastic downspouts to replace. Tony was also kind enough to paint the 3 leaf collectors on the downspouts without question or hesitation as it wasn't included in the quote. Communications were so easy with Tony - he turned up when he said he would, and although others were pressuring him to get their jobs done by Christmas, (not us I'd like to point out!), he thrashed himself to get our job finished when he said he would. His attention to detail was second to none. not a scratch in sight and all screws painted to blend in. It's extremely hard to find great Tradesmen on the West Coast but Tony is certainly one of them. The only grumble I have is that Tony's impeccable work now makes the rest of the house look shabby and so the Missus is chasing me to pick up a paint brush and get to it! I must also comment on the price - whilst I won't disclose it here, the total invoice was significantly below my estimate and for a much superior product - very pleasantly surprised. Unusually for the West Coast, we had to wait til today, (3 days after Tony finished), for our first significant rain so me & the Wife have been outside with a brolly thoroughly appreciating the workmanship Tony/Continuous gave us. Fantastic service and product at a great price. We had to work around the weather and painter and Kurt was always helpful with our timeframe and communication was awesome. Ritchie the installer worked extremely hard on his own, always polite and great attention to detail. Thank you!
Kurt responded to the short time frame I had with access to the roof and arranged the manufacturing and installation of the spouting within that time. Ritchie was thorough and accurate with the installation and quickly completed the job. Both men were pleasant and professional in my dealings with them. I would highly recommend this company for their work .

Installed new spouting and fascia on a large two story house with complex roof - multiple corners and gables. Place looks amazing, price was really reasonable and the communication and service was fantastic. Everything happened when they said it would, to the extent of showing up and completing the job in the pouring rain rather than delay it for us. Couldn't be happier.

Terrible customer service and after sale support. Quoted and paid for 'Priced in MARINE Grade due to seaside location' product not supplied. Wouldn't come and look at ways to resolve, avoid Canterbury Continuous Spouting at all costs.
