   I suffered the indignity of the pharmacist telling me that my sick partner probably just had hay fever when I tried to purchase cold and flu medicine containing pseudoephedrine. These drugs actually work, that's why they were legalized by parliament. It felt like the pharmacist was on a power trip, probably putting their own politics ahead of people's welfare.

   Do not use this pharmacy if you want efficient service. 3 times now the person collecting my medications have been told its not there. Causing so much stress only to come back with oh here it is. I have also been without medication before because of this issue. Sort your processes. It's NOT acceptable. I didnt even want to give 1 star.

   Lovely knowledgable staff, always well stocked & communicative of waiting times for prescriptions. May be a a tight fit for wheelchair users due to only 1 double door being available for use. Vaccinators & pharmacists on-site are helpful & friendly. Have been using this pharmacy for several years now & highly recommend just for the great customer service.

   Terrible service every time. Staff are lazy and unable to complete prescriptions sent electronically from the doctors located upstairs at the mall. The grey short haired pensioner woman who works there is also rude and patronising in the way she speaks to customers. Bargain Chemsit opposite is a far better deal and service.
