   We had Taylor Fascia replace our internal gutters with their external gutter system. The replacement looks good and seems to be working but it took a few months longer to start the job than they initially said it would be. Afterward, we had some issues with their scaffold contractor leaving non-construction waste on-site, but Taylor Fascia eventually sorted the issue out.

   Very disappointed at the length of time it took for a simple gutter repair with no update or reason given. The team demanded a 75% deposit 3 months after the job was booked and quote confirmed, yet took another 2 months to complete the job.

   Taylor Fascia replaced damaged fascia and fitted three overflows. The installer was very communicative and made an excellent job.He cleaned and tidied up on completion of his work. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future.

   By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Booked some work to be done on our house and they said it would take 2 - 3 weeks, which was fine. When I called after 4 weeks to see what was happening I was told it would be another 6 - 12 weeks and that I should be thankful for that, like they were doing me a favour by letting me be a paying customer! When I said that they had promised 2 - 3 and we had planned other things around that and it would be a great inconvenience to us and a lot of others they didn't care at all - Carolyn could not have given a toss how much we or others were inconvenienced and said she would be in touch in about 4 weeks - well that was 6 weeks ago and I have not heard form her since. Be warned - DO NOT DEAL with this company - they are liars and have zero respect for their customers! Carolyn is by far the worst customer service person I have ever dealt with and really fuelled the negative experience I had with this company. Better communication and attention to customer needs would easily have resolved these issues but they went the other way basically with "f**k the customer!"
