Great service , highly recommend Theresa and her assistant at Takanini or Papakura Smiles. Friendly, and what I liked was that she gave me a squishy stress ball to hold to help with the nerves. Definitely only going to her for all my dental work.
Dentist did exactly what I came in for and was fast and efficient so I appreciated that however the receptionist/ dental assistant working 12th Nov is extremely unprofessional. When I entered the practice I was completely ignored while she was very loudly complaining to the dentist about having overcharged the last patient, which is worrying to have to overhear as the next patient. I waited at the counter for a long time with no acknowledgement so I took a chair in the waiting area, finally when her conversation was over she rudely called ‘come to the front’ like I hadn’t been waiting on her the whole time. After my appointment, the practice doesn’t have payWave on their eftpos machine so I needed to transfer the money, I showed the receptionist the bank app receipt and emailed it through to their provided email address however she expected me to stay until she received some type of confirmation from a manager that wasn’t even present in the practice. Unnecessary and to be completely honest she was just strange, so I thanked her and left.
I would like to especially thank Dr. Gaurav — I had my treatment done just yesterday, and I must say, the team is extremely professional and efficient. Honestly, I’m very satisfied with the treatment, and it was absolutely worth it. I highly recommend giving them a try — they’re truly amazing!
Very modern and professional. Would recommend to everyone. Ive had Dr. Ali Han for a double wisdom teeth extraction and she made sure I was informed and comfortable the whole time. Followup visits were still good despite the dentist changing. Dr. Nicholas Choo was very knowledgeable and detail oriented. Still 5/5 :)

Dr Nick is super professional and helpful, explains the issues to you so you know exactly what is wrong and also give you options on how to proceed. Also gives great recommendations for the future of your dental health and hygiene, and answers any questions you may have. Will always come here for any problems!
Dr. Ali was friendly, calm and reassuring. She gave me good and clear instructions on how to care for some gum damage as well as a reminder to come in if certain things changed in feeling or appearance. She was informative without being overwhelming. Many thanks!
