In August 2021 my parcel was lost and it was probably one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had and there wasn’t any resolution. I sent several emails with either no response or a delayed response of several weeks. I sent a refund request form in that I was sent by the team and they never got back to me. Every time I called I got told it was being followed up but nothing came of it. Wouldn’t recommend using them
