As a regular, Shosha Tepuke has always met my expectations and often exceeded when it comes to product knowledge and customer service along with a wide variety of R18+ products. They are also very serious when ut comes to ID and have put in place multiple measures to assure customers being sold too are over the age of 18.

Sammy was very helpful, friendly and polite. she recommended a flavour that's now my favorite. she also changed my coil and juice for me as I had no idea how to. customer service a+ thanks Sammy, appreciate your help
Not overall terrible, however lately things have been frustrating with this store. I was given the wrong pod and was not given a refund as I had put juice in it before checking to see if it fit in my vape (because Iβve never had too) and today 5/4/24 whilst being in the store the female worker (tan,brunette) ignored me asking how she was and continued to look me up and down in a rude manner. Stared at my chest with a lot of judgement and didnβt say a word when I asked for what I wanted. The male worker working got what I wanted and has always been awesome! Every time I enter and the female is on though, she looks at me very distastefully and is making me not want to go to this shop anymore. She needs to learn some better customer service skills asap!!
Always have a good experience when I go into this store. Had a device that was faulty and they were able to get it covered by warranty and replaced within 5 hours of me taking it in

Do not buy from here or other shosha's in general, I have bought like 3 disposables and each one starts tasting extremely burnt very fast, I tried to get a replacement or a refund and was told no. Dont go here.
Bad stuff without any knowledge about vapes. Asking each other the hole time or google it. Bad helping and selling wrong things. Can't give you a right answer and just stupid! Everywhere else is better to inform yourself then to go to them!
Great store, awesome staff. Only been open a month so still missing some stock, but already boasts a wide range of products. Great location too, a lot of people had previously going all the way to Papamoa!
