   Ordered something from them through repco in Tauranga because te awamutu had it in stock, then without notification they cancelled the order without saying why. Tauranga reordered it then te awamutu cancelled it again, this time saying that they wanted to keep the product on their shelf!! Very poor customer service!! I'm giving them 1 star because with that sort of service, that's all they deserve because I can't give a half star instead. Get your act together repco te awamutu. Your customer service is poor to say the least.

   Both staff working on the Sunday were brilliant. Greet me on entry, went to shelf and fetched the product, volunteered to take it to the car as well. Couldn't be easier. Thanks Repco Te Awamutu

   Product selection is usually good, though some stuff will occasionally run out. Service is really poor, especially at check-out time: typically two cashiers, and they take FOREVER to clear one customer. For some reason, the cashiers feel a need to keep bantering with customers on their way out, holding up the rest of the customers for ages. Understand the need to sometimes discuss stuff with customers and take them through options, but when both cashiers are doing that, everyone else just stands in line, waiting for ages. This shop sorely needs a self-checkout counter!

   I went to buy a steering wheel lock however the one was wanted wasnt in stock. But was told they are coming and I was redirected to another shop. I tried the piece on my car at a different shop but due to having a raised centre part for the horn on my steering wheel a lock isnt able to fit on the wheel. I wish they was made for all sorts of steering wheels.

   Checked the website to check that they were open as I was driving over from Cambridge. Website said 5:30. I arrived at 5:15 to find everything locked up tight. I was very disappointed at a wasted journey. (Edit) Got worse the next day. Found the product I wanted in Repco Taupo. Thought to phone ahead to check - just after 12:00 pm and no answer. Cheekily called the neighbouring business via Maps and discovered they had closed up for the day before 12:00! Saved me the 1.5 hour trip there...
