Could not have had a better experience with Ellesmere Transport and their very obliging driver Warner. Warner and Ellesmere transport went over and above to ensure my cattle got picked up, having to drive across a wet and sticky paddock and be towed knowing he would probably get stuck and did all this with a smile on his face.
Perhaps training might be needed!!! Ellesmere Truck parked in middle of summit road, talking on his cell phone. I had to go round him on the road side of road. The driver was a older chap, with glasses. Just because your older, obviously your not wiser! What a stupid and dangerous thing to do!
Just got passed by a Ellesmere truck & trailer unit that was fully loaded and we were doing 105km… not cool!
Shocking company. No integrity. Their driver caused hundreds of dollars of damage to our property and Andy just made excuses and told untruths to avoid taking any responsibility. Untrustworthy and very unprofessional. Do not trust.
Aaron who manages stock trucks out of Dunsandel did not bother to get back to me if they had room on their truck. While waiting for two hours for him to get back to me. It ended with my cattle spending a night at the Temuka sale yards and costing me extra yarding fees. I will be canceling all our accounts and we do not recommend using them.
Great to work with. Friendly, efficient service. Truck driver lovely and helpful. Highly recommend them. Will definitely use them again
Wouldn't reccomend this company at all. Useless at communicating, seemed to go out of their way to inconvenience me. Zero stars !
Exceptional customer service. We had a container delivered to our property at very short notice and Andy really helped us out getting it sorted so quickly. The entrance was a very tight squeeze and EJ did a fantastic job of navigating the tight space. Happy customers we will definatley be recommending Ellesmere Transport. Thanks to Mark and the team!
