   I’m disappointed with my recent service here. I specifically asked for regular check and some fixes + the transmission oil to be checked, but they forgot check that one. When I followed up, I was told the oil was already brown and should be changed soon. I would have expected them to notice during the service and fix it, especially when I asked about it. I wanted to have my car ready for a roadtrip next week but it made more complications. Friendly staff, but I expected more attention to detail.

   We came here for a problem in our exhaust. It took them 30min to check and tell us that there is nothing they can do about that. No explanation from the mechanic any details, but they charge us 65$. Horrible service.

   To be honest, the fee structure is unclear (for example, the technical fee for replacing spark plugs was 1/3 of the previous time), but I'm sure there is some reason beyond my understanding. That said, the best thing about this garage is that they are very flexible with reservations. I have never been turned away on the day of a bring-in. They completed all repairs on the same day, except for repairs that required ordering parts. I think that's partly because those repairs were not difficult, but if you're reading this review and despairing about needing to fix your car right now, try this garage. Leave the rest to the professionals.

   I believed there was a stone in my brakes. Auto Super Shoppe were very thorough and took all four tires off to check. I waited at the site. The whole process took 45/1hr and I'm back on the road again, with no horrendous scraping. Communication, service and friendliness all 5 star.

   The mechanics went beyond what I expected for a service very satisfied. Work shop immaculate. Recommend this garage to anyone. Alan went out of his way to help us when we had major vehicle problems. Office staff very accommodating. Mechanics polite . Full service of the engine, engine cooling, even washed the vehicle and blackened the tyres.
