This is the best company I've made a purchase with in Tauranga. Their attention to quality is incredible. From the first phone call to discuss the issue, to the excellent diagnosis of the problem with my dishwasher they did an amazing job. The technician that visited my house was polite and considerate. Berridge obtained a part for my dishwasher very quickly! And then they give a phone call 2-3 days after the repair to check things are going okay!!! This company is amazing and I just wish I could purchase everything through them eg groceries, car maintenance etc because their procedures are reliable and helpful. This is an amazing company and it's clear why they have 4.8 stars!! Highly recommended!! A++
I'm so impressed with Berridge Appliances. The lady who answered my call, and arranged the appointment was very helpful and knowledgeable. The repair man arrived on time, and he had all the parts needed to fix my oven top. He was done in less than 15 mins. I can cook again safely. Thank you. Amazing service and well recommended to all. What an amazing experience I had with Kyle and Rachel. After calling around and electricians never turning up. I was lucky enough to have been referred to Berridge Enterprises. Firstly Rachel has excellent customer service skills, she is friendly and positive. She is transparent in terms of pricing and she does her best to accomodate to your hours. Kyle was very knowledgeable and super friendly. He diagnosed the problem within minutes.- no mucking around. The dishwasher was taken away and in 2 days I had it back. What a service!!!!! Absolutely delighted. You guys provide a service with honesty that is seldom seen these day and I really appreciated. I will be sure to recommend you in the future. We have just had Kyle from Berridge Appliances at our place to check and repair 2 major appliances. He was professional, friendly and honest in his recommendations. We will definitely use them again.
Highly recommended and so honest. Told us before they came out likely diagnosis (bearing going) and likely cost of parts, callout and Labour and consider whether it was worth it versus buying a new machine. Decided to go with a new machine instead Most repairers would just come out, charge the call our fee
Didn't use these guys this time, as wasn't quite what we needed, but gosh they were so helpful and gave great advice, for no charge. Definitely keeping this company on our list of useful companies.
Great friendly service. Highly recommended. Kyle found and fixed some unsafe wiring under our sink while working on our broken dishwasher (caused by another handyman previously) so he may have saved our lives. Thanks Kyle!
