   Staff. I'm a first timer with this business and the service was a wow. Apart from needing tyres, they discovered brake problems and allowed us to visually see it so clearly customer safety was paramount.    I had a booking for wheel allignment at takanini tony's tyre for 31/07/2023 and went there on time. Person called "Asis"dealed with me was very rude and forced me to replaced 3 tyres first before doing wheel allignment. But all of tyres were ok and i told him all tyres are ok bro i don't want to replace for now. He(Asis) refused to do my car allignment. Than i booked an appointment with another branch and they finished the job perfectly and on time. Really disappointed with his behaviour.

   Dangerous- inconvenient and sloppy customer service.I booked in an appointment for monday 9.30am for 4 × new tyres($1600) + wheel alignment. I was very clear I was travelling in 48 hours down to the south island, i was told there was an issue with the wheel alignment machine(all good) so I said I could leave car there to 5pm and pick it up then,on picking it up the man said I'm not charging for wheel alignment but it should be OK! (Its a quite a new car), he said you will know if you find it different to what you're used to, if there's an issue then take it into any tonys tyre branch and get it done,the next Wednesday I'm driving down south and the car is noticeably wobbly, after leaving napier I call tonys in wellington and they did a wheel alignment and found that it was really very very out of alighment.they were not surprised at takaninis sloppy and unsafe service as they had herd of many bad feed back.good job wellington tonys tyre for quick help.

   Had an appointment for 11am on the 10th of July. Had a horrible experience with the indian man in the front office. Very rude and condescending. Held up his hand and told me to wait as he was talking with another customer (I wasn’t even trying to interrupt! I just walked in!). Told him what my appointment was for (CV boot replacement and front treads replacement- this has already been discussed with someone else the week before when I made my appointment in person). Kept insisting that my back treads needed replacing and making rude comments like “do you even love your life” very poor customer service with very rude and arrogant front man.

   They are pretty decent and honest people and very patient. I love the video they made up for the car owner to see what exactly wrong with your vehicle. Just a little be aware even carry with the same company’s name it still could give you a wrong quote. Takanini’s is the best compared to the other two stores I have done business with in the past, thank you guys. ❤️
