   The Dr's are OK. But you have to deal with a horribly rude receptionist to get to them.

   Rudest receptionists I have ever come across. Not once have I called and they aren’t rude or passive aggressive. Called for a mental health appointment and the receptionist turned me down and told me to go elsewhere cause they’re fully booked? I don’t understand how she still has her job but I suggest going elsewhere unless you want a bad experience.

   I feel as if they’re rude. Whenever I try to get in contact with them they either keep hanging up or just won’t answer altogether. And whenever they do answer the first thing they say is “sprry we’re booked out” they don’t even give you the chance to talk.

   They refused to give me medical care just because I cancelled my appointment which is against the law. Completely and utterly useless I have reported them to the ministry of health. They need replace their reception staff.
