This is a great facility. We've come here to use the pools and basketball courts many times.

Went for my Grandaughters 10th Birthday party - we had games and Sweet prizes in the park next to pools first - that was great then we took them in for a swim and Waterslide time - the staff were friendly and helpful - and the 10 girls had So much Fun they swam first then Everyone went to the slide once it was opened - it would have been nice to see them on/in slide but they Enjoyed themselves and that was the point - then we went back to the park for Pizza, drink and The Cake! - it was a Great day - good place to do a party

Kids love every everything about the centre, but as a parent, the lack of life guard supervision is concerning. Usually stationed together in the center of the complex, you'll see them chatting away together flipping their drink bottles- rarely putting any eyes on the pools. On 2 occasions now, I have seen children needing attention/ assistance (I know it is the parents responsibility too) and the lifeguards on duty have missed/ignored the situation. Ladies on the front counter always wonderful and helpful. Changing/ toilet rooms usually dirty and smelly. Spa is lovely, great cafe next door. Hurts me to write these negative points, because we have such a great pool facility in our town.

Cool place to take my little ones when we've exhausted all other avenues of fun in the town. Enjoy it here.

First time visiting Aquatic Centre took the kids really enjoyed it we drive over from Hamilton even though their heat pump had broken down in December water was stone cold but very refreshing we all decided to hydroslide for an hour was so much fun as been there early we didn't have to que the little toddlers swimming pool had a little bit of heat In side, it was nice to warm up there with the kids. Bathrooms in good condition and clean. Spa pool is closed due to maintenance. Parking outfront we saw broken glass so lock up your vehicles,  would recommend the centre for swimming and sports events. Quite nice and spacious lots of room it's not as packed and crowded. There is one hydroslide to use. There are blue and yellow square boxes they open you can put your shoes and bags whilst you training or enjoying your aquatic play. They very well laid out for Lane swimming and training both children and adults how to swim. There were lifeguards out watching the kids swimming and the adult swimming we felt safe and I noticed at 11 there was a shift change and more came on the floor
