   Wayne was knowledgeable, listened to our needs and was quick to quote. He's a good, genuine guy, and I felt as if I could trust him. My instincts were correct. Within two weeks, we had two new Mitsubishi units. There were a few hitches with the install, bearing in mind I am a fussy customer. I judge a company on how they deal with problems, and Wayne was excellent. He was always available at the end of the phone and sent out Sam, who was great, to rectify a few issues. Then Wayne visited with Jason to check things over. The units are doing a great job of cooling a relatively large space.

   Communications were a little lacking which made booking our installation tricky. Once booked things went well. The technicians that did our install were fantastic and their communication was excellent. During install we found out one of the bedrooms couldn't have a diffuser installed as the roof was flat. Due to this adjustments were made with the install and the final invoice reflected the changes. So far the system is working really well and it's easy to use.

   Reviews too good to be true? Let me save you some time: these guys are the real deal. I had them supply, install, and commission a Mitsubishi Electric PEAD-M100JAA 11.2kW ducted inverter heat pump system (Cooling/Heating Capacity: 10.0/11.2 kW), integrated into my existing Lossnay system with full WiFi and 4-zone control. The admin side was super easy. Nicole responded to emails quickly, booked the inspection visit, and explained everything in detail. The full install took about a day (9am–4pm-ish). They: - Replaced 5 existing vents with White ABS plastic round diffusers - Installed a new 750x400 hinged filter grille for return air - Connected everything to the Lossnay - Added a Mitsubishi MAC-588IF-E WiFi adaptor - Installed a 4-room Mitsubishi Zone Controller with motorised dampers Everything ran smoothly even the WiFi setup was hassle-free. They vacuumed and cleaned up after themselves better than I do. Honestly, the house was cleaner than before they arrived. Price-wise? About the same as other quotes I got (3 others, similar systems the same and different brands). I chose Mitsubishi because I already had their existing loosnay system and wanted to keep it the same.. Thanks again to the DC Installations team. Solid work.

After we decided what we wanted to do, installation was quick, efficient and the team were fantastic - friendly and professional. They left our home and garden cleaner than they found it.    Jo & Wayne (owners) are absolutly amazing people whom radiate patience, understanding and compassion followed by outstanding communication. They really deserve recognition in abundance for the above and beyond service they provide all while trying to navigate thier newly owned buisness. Sam (heat-pump tech guy) was a ball of bright energy who worked efficiently and quickly with a good old fashion yarn to just complete the package. I honestly can't thank you all enough for the top notch service provided & I highly recommend hiring DC Installation for your next job because a company like this is hard to come by.
