My husband and I were both really happy with the service we received at Homeward - it was our first experience shopping here. We went in to look at beds and decided we wanted to purchase locally, so chose what we thought would be the right bed, only to discover it was far to firm for us. However the team were so great to deal with, we went back in and found the alternate bed that we were happy with and they arranged the collection of the recently purchased bed and delivery of the new one.
