Amazing professional and caring place. They catered for three teenage girls having facials for a birthday treat, the girls loved the experience and said the lady was so kind .
Ordered a product online which took over a week to come when I paid for overnight courier. I rung to cancel my order and then received an email saying it had been picked up within the 2 hours since I rung (despite it not having moved for the past 8 days). Website should clearly state there is a 1-3 day processing time before the item is even collected by NZ post or in my case 8 days.
Erin is my go to for my spray tans, She is the only person who has ever given me such an even tan and really listens when i explain how dark i want my tan to look and she is very thorough with her after care instructions, it turns out perfect each time! Would highly reccomend her!
I always see Ellie for my waxing and facials and sheβs amazing!!! My eyebrows are exactly how I want them and she gets everyyy hair when you want a good wax done ladies so I highly recommend βοΈ

Okay service, felt rushed through and eye lash tint is patchy (parts of lashes not dyed properly) aswell as the eyebrow tint has not shown much noticiable difference to my natural brows (can still see blonde hairs after getting tinted brown).
Came here for the first time today for a brow shape & tint. Was very impressed, such a difference, feel like a new woman! Lovely place & friendly staff. Really easy to book online system. Will be back again soon.
