I have been trying to recover the funds from sold items and recovery of unsold items for months.before the specified due dates. Met with many excuses, lacking organised tracking of items and sales. Owner then sent threats, when I have questioned publicly business practices. Business model is to sell on consignment on behalf which is the source of stock. Will take your items, but not hold up their end of the contract. Had good dealings with last owner. Unfortunately since the sale I’ve heard from many others having similar experiences. Tried to support local but after this experience I wouldn’t recommend this store. Instead recommend go into Hamilton to Recycle Boutique
