Item I bought for $100 lasted for 4 months before the fabric was faulty. Took it back to this store and was treated like a liar, highly offended and wont be going there ever again.
2 wonderful ladies working here, is best out of best staff, they are so cool and easy to deal with any anything. Just jeans is so lucky to them . God bless you both

The assistant was prepping for stock take. I basically got ignored even though t spent $180. Had armful of garments to try had to put them in fitting room myself. Never got help in fitting room for other sizes and garments. Basically felt a nuisence in this te awamutu shop being served by Monique.
Just got the most amazing service from one of their staff members. She gave up the shirts her mum wanted to buy as it were the last two in my size. Felt really special and she has turned me into a loyal customer going forward ! I hate shopping but she made this one one of the best shopping outings I've ever had :-)
