The address for this location was not clear - it gave a street name and number and the name of the high rise building but no floor number. They are renting a room from Regus which is a remote work business - with no street or floor signs to say that is where they are. For the officially designated business dealing with visas for the UK I would have expected a proper office with signage. The only way I found them was by going to every floor in the building and asking. I was worried about missing my appointment - I do not live in Christchurch and had to drive 4 hours to get there as this is the only place in the South Island but there was no way to contact them - no phone number, no email address. Very stressful! I paid the extra money for the document upload and three weeks later I get an email from Immigration asking me for the documents for my application! This is what I paid extra money for and the staff had not done it correctly. As I live a long way from Christchurch I had to do it myself as it was not possible to go back to the office with my passport and already three weeks have been wasted. It then took 12 weeks to get my refund for the document upload fee. There is no email address to contact this company - you can only contact them through the feedback form and I got a very abrupt response saying I was not entitled to a refund. The only way I was able to contact them and get a proper response was by going all the way back to the office, speaking to them in person and the helpful lady there gave me an email address to contact. Why is this email address not on the website?

Pretty tidy operation considering the operate very efficiently in a very small place. The staff are friendly and the new trainees are very cheerful. Keep up the smiles guys.

Horrendous guest service, staff member gave me mean girls movie vibes. Zero polite, literally speaking to you like you are an annoying nobody.

The staff are very helpful and polite. There used to be two male employees who weren’t friendly, but I’m glad they’ve been replaced with new people who are willing to help.

    1. Find the sign "Breakfree on Cashel" 2. Walk in and go straight (Hotel Lobby). and then the lift will be on your right. 3. Go to level 1 4. You will see chairs, wait there. staff will come out from the room and take you in I did biomatric for Australia Visa. Mine took below 10 mins to get it done Both staffs were nice. PS there also has a bathroom on the 1st floor

It is difficult to find the entry! In a small hotel, and hotel staff's attitude is very rude, they only say you can't go upstairs now!Because the system failure directly to cancel the appointment and I were reschedule the another time, BUT!not all of the time are free, please!! It is really too bad, it is cooperating with the Australian immigration bureau, there is no competition, so it is so irresponsible!

The appointment is 8:00, been told to be here 15min before the appointment time. But until 8:20, no body showed up and the hotel reception only kept saying we know nothing. (You are not Jon Snow, Okay?) One staff came 8:30 and said she could not do the biometric by herself but has to wait another staff who’s flying from Auckland. And she said the flight should arrived 8:30 but somehow delayed. The problem is if there’s any appointments at 8:00 why should the staff take a flight arrival later than that time?! And just checked there’s no one flight delayed this morning!!! Very disappointed experience, would like to rate no star if I can.

This place is a temporary office of tt services for a permanent place one has to visit auckland. And please be prepared before you visit this place as the staff will not guide you at any cost. They will simply refuse to guide you or rather suggest you to book your appointment again after fetching required information, which means spending another 69 dollars . And if u missed an appointment u still have a chance to reschedule it and they will not tell u about that option.

They were running 1 hour late as they arrived from auckland(this tt service office in not permanent they are only here for 2 days/week) , but the staff as really helpfull and friendly. But please always book an appointment before you go or call the australian helpline number based in auckland for any quarries.

Extremely unhelpful and unprofessional staff. People who come there are not visa experts and the ladies who work there feel like they have power, as if they get to assess foreigners and can look down on them. Don't expect help and explanations, if you ask a question or don't know something expect to be lectured about how you "didn't prepare well". What takes 1 hour back home took 7 days there.
