   Worst hair experience of my life and the most expensive. Spent 5 hours there to come out feeling like crap and my husband who always compliments my hair starred at me in silence. I asked for a simple above shoulder blunt cut bob and I got the most uneven layered short hair cut and average colour a week before my honeymoon. Stylist did not listen to me and didn’t communicate with me and I felt extremely uncomfortable. I spent my entire honeymoon with my hair pinned back as I was embarrassed to have it down as it looks like a child hacked it. They offered to try fix the cut but I didn’t have time to go back before my trip and my hair was already way shorter than I was comfortable with so I don’t know how they were planning to fix it.

   I had my hair cut few weeks back now, but I still smile with satisfaction when see myself in the mirror. I have moved on to another hair salon after Pure moved from Christchurch, but I just couldn't find place as good as they are. Pi did amazing job and it took her less then 5min to figure out how to fix "the style " I had - trust me, fixing my menopausal hair can be challenging! I'm very grateful to be back and the drive was totally worth it! Marcela.

   Great service, needed an urgent cut today and they were fully booked but able to squeeze me in as a walk in. Pip did a good job, nice conversation, wiIl definitely return for the next cut but book ahead online instead. They also have a loyalty card stamp system, every 10th cut is free! Go Pure Collective!!

   Very happy to see a Pure Collective salon in Rolleston. I had my long hair cut by Mohammad, an experienced stylist who did an amazing job. It was skillfully done; my hair is now very flowy and really holds it's shape.

   Gorgeous salon. Had a full head of foils, tone and blow wave. Really impressed with the colour, much better than any salon I’ve been to in Auckland. I love that they are a sustainable salon! The girls were great! Thanks! I’ll be booking in on my next trip to Christchurch!
