   I hit a hole in the street which ended up in a flat tire and a damaged rim. Jorgja already probably saw me arriving in „survival mode“. She took my car in her workshop straight away, where we discovered the damaged rim. As my car got a special size, she didn‘t has that on stock. However, Jorgja didn‘t gave up and came up with the idea to change the whole rims instead of waiting for delivery of the special tire size. Hence she telephoned different tire shops in Christchurch and managed a immediate delivery. All together I got the best possible solution, didn‘t have to rent a car and to drive the whole 150km way again, to pick-up my car a few days later. Instead, I could continue my way already 4h later. I couldn‘t thank her enough for her support and expert help. If possible, I would give her a 5+ rate, as she deserved it and can recommend Beaurepairs to 100%.
