    Hopeless...not only do they damage our freight each time we are forced to use them,but have lost pallets twice.They insist they didnt receive them,then a few days later find them.I only use them as our freight forwarder use them.

    Just the most surely, uncooperative, impersonal and unfriendly staff I have met in any service profession. The yard staff in Christchurch ought to be bloody ashamed of themselves. Avoid using this carrier if at all possible.
