Asked for a touch up ombre, left with it looking the same so went back 5 days later and then left with orange patches through my hair & severe damage/breakage. Orange and silver foils right up to my scalp with patches of brown through the back. Called the day after to be told that as I'm not a hairdresser my opinion is not valid on whether this is a good colour or not so would not be given a refund. Had to have another salon colour correct the terrible job done & they were shocked at what a horrible colour Sugar had done, said it was one of the worst they had ever seen. Have since heard other people with similar experiences at this salon.
