Sadly, my daughter was devastated with her bangs. We specified eyebrow length but they are shorter. The biggest issue is the 'thinning' of her bangs without any discussion. Her bangs are whispy and thin now, and she absolutely hates it :(

Amazing staff member Eve. We came in without an appointment as a previous hairdresser completely screwed up my daughter's fringe and did the worse job ever. Eve took one look at her, sat her down and worked at her hair to get it presentable, it looked fantastic, she explained how to fix it and what I should do and did this all free of charge. I couldn't thank her enough my poor daughter was in tears over her terrible fringe and Eve fixed it up and she left feeling amazing. Fantastic customer service, you definitely have new customers all thanks to Eve. Highly recommend.
