Went in with no idea what I wanted but the owner/Manager knew exactly what I needed and picked out the perfect pair of jeans for me. The gentleman that helped us provided excellent service and banter. After my first time in store I don't think I could buy jeans from anywhere else.

Benji is amazing, anybody who knows anything about fashion and jeans knows Benji’s name because he is SO good at what he does. Go see him and find your perfect pair. No exaggeration. Benji was amazing, He gave me confidence in myself and my choice of blouse by explaining how the fit worked with the contours of my body. I hate buying jeans as I find it really hard to get a nice fit. Because Benji was so attentive and helpful with the blouse, I asked him to help me with jeans. Benji has a wall of jeans and instantly picked out the perfect style and size for my body! An amazing skill, if you need jeans Benji is the pro for getting the right fit and style for you. His manner is lovely and warm and it was a genuinely enjoyable experience to be guided and assisted by someone passionate about looking after his customers. Thanks heaps Benji.
Was recommended to go here and after popping in today and making a purchase I now know why. The most amazing and attentive customer service you can ever experience! So knowledgeable, kind, friendly, honest and helpful and they just go above and beyond. 5 stars plus!
I don't usually post reviews but wanted to write this after hearing that my friends and family have experienced something similar to how I felt at this store Today I went in and came across a nice T-shirt The lady at the cashier was friendly and had let me try it on I was contemplating for a long time because it was a lot of money for me to spend on one single T-shirt While I was still deciding and walking around the store, the owner comes to me and asks whether I was going to buy the shirt or not When I replied "I'm still deciding" he snatched the T-shirt I had in my hands and walked off I assume he was preparing it for the next customer, but the action felt very blunt and I felt judged for not being able to easily afford the piece My family member has also experienced something similar to me She came into the store to look for a certain style of jeans, but when they did not stock them she was quickly hurried out of the store and was bluntly told to "stop wasting her time" We were taken back when a Caucasian customer walked in and their service was completely different I am not sure why the service is so different; is it because of the way we look? We both agreed that this store is very aesthetic and has so many styles that we love, but we cannot recommend it to people when we do not feel welcomed by the store
