    Hi I ordered some lillies for my wife to celebrate our 30year wedding anniversary I chose the best premium package for $130 delivered. Not knowing what I would receive for this as your site doesn't specify what the difference is between them but I was upset as you can see from pictures we only received 4 stems I believe that this is your classic package also I ask for the card to have a message in it and it was a print out from the email and not a hand written copy which was not as  professional as it should have been. The card was just a white folded card not a happy anniversary as it should have been. Me and my wife had book time off work to celebrate this but you delivered so late that most of our day was wasted waiting for you to deliver at 3.40pm we received them. Very disappointed in the service we received. Awaiting your response
