   I took this Dental Laboratory to the Disputes Tribunal after three breaches of the Consumer Guarantees Act were found. During the hearing, his behaviour toward me was disrespectful and unprofessional, including making an offensive gesture in court. Based on my experience, l have serious concerns about the standard of conduct shown and feel it is important for other consumers to be aware.

   Sub standard after care service, no professionalism at the court date, the owner pulled the middle finger at my mother after losing a decision. Maybe you should act your age buddy.

   Had my dentures relined (after having put up with previous relines that were awful). Peter was so amazing, friendly and informative, he did BOTH top and bottom dentures in one day! popped back a few weeks later with a rub spot on my bottom dentures which he fixed on the spot. So happy and pleased with the incredible service I have received. Peter is so experienced in his field and his friendly kind warth makes for a positive experience all round! Highly recommend.

   I went to Peter Scott dental not knowing what to expect and zero knowledge of the whole process of what was involved or covered for what I needed. He catered to my every need and concern above and beyond my expectations. There were many times I was worried something was wrong with my teeth, frustrated because I was struggling to get use to them or unsure how long I had to even wait to get them. They all provided amazing service and helped me feel relieved and more positive along the way, in addition they also offered understanding and compassion for my situation and attending appointments were a breeze. They are so flexible and understanding and offer the best customer service, making it the best most comfortable service for you. I have so much positive feedback I could place here but just want to highly recommend this place and the people in it from an experience of my own. Highly professional and understanding of you and your journey and will assist you so kindly.

   Had a broken denture that had to be replaced so it meant both top and bottom had to be replaced. Peter did a great job and dentures fitted well and did not need any adjustment. really comfortable.

   Awful experience, Peter made my 91 year old mother feel very intimidated, by telling her the ill-fitting dentures was her issue not the dentures. Then wanted a further $800 to adjust, when I took back!!

   Yesterday a tooth fell off my partial plate. I nearly said a rude word. Around lunchtime today I went in to Peter Scott Dental to see if it was repairable: it was. "Come back at 4 pm today and it will be ready." I was very pleasantly surprised; delighted in fact. Great service from the boss and the other boss at the front desk was most obliging too. Many thanks.
