I have used this pharmacy for over a decade and have always has excellent service from the staff. Just today they rang my work to tell them I had left my phone and glasses saving my a panicked search. This is what comes from knowing your customers personally.
Handy pharmacy in the main hospital. Very busy and there can be a wait. Nonetheless most medications are carried here. It does have a good range of general products that you would expect in a pharmacy. Staff seem to be quite helpful although I felt a little bit of a feeling of a lack of enthusiasm.
First class service and advice from the friendly staff. Will definitely come back

Very disappointed in the service. We were not advised on the day we handed our prescription in that follow up repeats would need to be requested at the same pharmacy (we live 3 hours away), we needed the initial meds asap for dad to start chemo. Once we realised we contacted them we asked for the repeat meds to be sent, not sure why WE had to pay the courier fee? Requested the repeats Thursday morning, tuesday we had to follow up as they still had not arrived. My father relies on this medication to control his pain due to his recent diagnosis of cancer. Seems we are just a number in the system and dads medication isnt important. Very disappointed
