   Dr Kathryn Downer is very rude and unprofessional, she had no eye contact with me at all, she was just looking esle where. My appointment with her felt very rushed and felt like she just wanted to get me out. She didn't even have a look at a issue I was having as she said we have run out of time when it would of just taken 3 minutes to have a look at it. I do not recommend seeing Dr Kathryn Downer to anyone, be aware.

   Wonderful practice, can almost always get an appointment the week I need it, and if urgent/ acute have always been able to get a same day appointment. Friendly reception staff, caring nurses and knowledgeable doctors. Feel really lucky to have my family enrolled at such a well run practice.

   I have seen Drs Vicky Martin, Kate Downer and Alex Lee. All have been fabulous doctors and I have appreciated their approach and skills. The rest of the staff are also friendly and helpful and I've had overall positive experiences here.

   I get there 10mins before my appointment, end up waiting 30mins after my appointment start time. Not fair! I watch people come and go as I sit and wait. Wouldn’t be too bad but unfortunately this happens to me all the time and end up leaving to get to my next appointment! End up not being seen by a doctor, which is dangerous for my condition. Rude and not good enough.

   I’ve been seeing the same Doctor since birth so started coming here when she moved to Cashmere Health. A lot busier and can be hard to get appointments at times but all doctors and nurses are lovely and helpful

   Yesterday I saw Kate Downer for the first time as my doctor was on leave.. Kate is the most kind, caring, warm and so incredibly understanding… Her lovely nature with me won’t ever be forgotten and I recommend her to everyone! What a wonderful lady ;)

   We , recently moved in this area and changed GP to Cashmere health. First week, When 2 boys(10yrs, 9 months) are sick (fever , coughing, little one is crying like hell for 3 days )ask for appointment on Wednesday morning, receptionist said they are busy, bring them on Friday or take them to afterhours. .. End up taking to CHCH emergency on that night . After 2 weeks later, little one is sick again from whole long weekend... fever, coughing , crying whole night . On Tuesday morning ask for appointment , again receptionist said they are busy bring him on next Monday , when my wife is melted on her, saying that 9month old is sick and telling to bring him a week later again. She organize the nurse all back. Missed the call.. Next day morning, when she rang them again then they gave us a appointment..Is that any kind of joke or what... This guy's are really rude and Doctor's are fat lazy, Can't they adjust 15 minute time for toddler. Very disappointing. .... .
