Outstanding Care and Professionalism - Highly Recommended I had the privilege of participating in a clinical trial sponsored by Assembly Biosciences at PCRN Waikato in October 2025, and I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Victoria, Nurse Janice, and the entire team. From my very first appointment, I felt welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for. Dr Victoria took the time to thoroughly explain every aspect of the trial, answered all my questions with patience and clarity, and ensured I felt completely comfortable with my decision to participate. Her professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the entire process. Nurse Janice was absolutely wonderful - warm, attentive, and incredibly skilled. She made every visit pleasant and was always available to address any concerns I had. Her compassionate approach and attention to detail made what could have been an intimidating experience feel reassuring and positive. The entire PCRN Waikato team demonstrated exceptional organisation, communication, and commitment to participant care. They maintained the highest standards of professionalism while creating a friendly, down-to-earth and supportive environment, unlike the clinical attitude of other clinical trial organisations. I always felt that my well-being was their top priority.
