   We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Active Explorers Rolleston. Our son started knowing very little English and was quite shy, but with the support and care from the amazing team – especially in the Pūrerehua Room – he’s grown so much in confidence. He’s made great friends, learned to communicate in English, and has felt truly included and valued every step of the way. The teachers and staff are kind, patient, and genuinely care about the kids and their family. We’re so grateful to every staff member for creating such a warm and supportive environment. Thank you for all you’ve done for kid – we’ll always remember this special time!

   We are so happy that our child had the chance to be part of Active explorers. The teachers are not only kind and caring, but also incredibly thoughtful - they helped our son adjust gently and build many beautiful friendships. The atmosphere always felt warm and home-like, full of love and support. What touched us most was how the staff created a strong, trusting bond between the daycare and the families. Our child felt like he was part of a second family, where he was cared for, understood, and guided through all his little joys and big emotions.

   I cried when I left Active Explorers, and I don’t mean I cried when I dropped Estelle off in the mornings, I cried when she no longer needed to go there and left for school. Active Explorers wasn’t just a daycare, it was like a second home. The wonderful staff there not only loved my daughter like their own but they also helped mentor me through some of the challenges of the early years of parenting. As a parent, one of the hardest things you can do is leave your baby while you have to work, but from the moment we walked in, I was greeted with warmth and genuine kindness. The teachers in each class were beyond incredible and I knew that Estelle felt safe, loved and supported through each transition of her learning. My gratefulness to each and every member of the staff is immeasurable and I feel blessed to have been part of the Active Explorers family. I would highly recommend Active Explorers to any parent who is looking for the perfect place to send their little person while they have to work.
