Negative review if possible. The shopkeeper was drunk & he was abusing me in his regional language. I request Smugglers Liquor Franchise to keep the non-alcohol policy at work while working. Disgusting & Disappointed
They had no Canadian Club 7% So tried the Raspberry Smirnoff. Had good Chat with another customer. Was most Ka pai. Much Love X X

Really disappointing a guy calling me two different times to tell me they do not have stock of part of my order. Really poor stock management. Additional to this the person at the phone does not offer options that could be similar to the product I ordere and does not show any worry to make sure the customer is satisfy. Also porr customer service. Bad experience unfortunately.

Polite, friendly staff, and the best range of alcohol in Hamilton in my opinion. Great standard prices for everything. Often has sales on some items that can be got for cheap. Highly recommend, and though I live far away from this store, I would rather make the trip to this one than another liquor store.
