The worst experience we've had with a courier. They just can't find the house. Multiple emails saying unable to deliver. All the other couriers are delivering to our very easy to find house. Package was meant to be here days ago. Now they say next week on Monday. And then the courier won't deliver again and we'll get another email saying unable to deliver. We live in an urban area 10 minutes from Christchurch CBD. Seriously guys what are you doing? Just do your simple job. Ridiculous. The lady on the phone asked if I live rural. Again, we live in an urban area in Marshland off Preston's Road. This is an order from Kmart. I've seen other reviews saying the exact same thing. Unbelievable really.

Terrrible service. Waiting over a week for my delivery from Bunnings. Customer service team couldn't help, kept saying they'd note it was an urgent delivery everytime time I called (which was everyday for 3 days) and I'm still waiting. Mainfreight had a of the of just 3 days for the same item.
