   They have really great staff. Very helpful and ready to answer your all questions. The pharmacy was almost closed but Kavin Tan one of their staff member stayed and gave us medicine. I saw staff was helping other people at the time of leaving. Always had awesome experience. Thanks

   Went to collect Covid tests as per the government guidelines and encountered the most miserable old man I've ever come across in NZ health care. Started lecturing us and talking to us like school children for daring to venture out of the house to get tests and masks. Unacceptable that we go to these places looking for advice and help - we don't need to be scolded like kids for following government advice?!

   Visit to have a moisturiser lotion prescribed by Gp for mu daughter. I was been told it will take 15 mins and now its more than half an hour and I am still waiting here. Surely not a good service. Never coming back to countdown pharmacy Rolleston.

   My daughter had ear piercing from the staff member named Lisa. Lisa is such a nice person, she spent a long time to make my daughter comfortable for her ear piercing. She did a great job and was very friendly to my 7 year old. We are very happy with her service and highly recommend her to anyone. Thanks Lisa.
