   I met Sarah from the World Travellers Rolleston team at a seniors expo. Following a very poor experience with my previous travel agent I was delighted to become involved with this very professional efficient team. I have recently returned from six weeks in Europe and everything went like clockwork. As a solo traveller I need to be confident that this will happen.    These guys are amazing!! I wouldn't book through anyone else now! In fact, I wouldn’t normally use a travel agent as I usually do my own bookings online, but I’d read a couple of reviews that cruise companies can be difficult to deal with when things don’t go to plan, so I contacted Lindsay at World Travellers Rolleston to book our cruise and I’m sooo glad I did!!! As I’d not been on a cruise before, Lindsay was able to advise the best options for us to book and chose the best available cabin for our booking based on his knowledge. Three weeks out from our departure date we discovered the cruise company had cancelled our cabin with no idea why. At this point the cruise was fully booked, so they were unable to reinstate our booking. To say we were gutted was an understatement, but Sue and Lindsay at World Travellers were beyond amazing!! Sue offered us three alternative options for the same cost as our original cruise price, including an option of a NCL cruise in the amazing location of Hawaii which we ecstatically accepted (there were tears). The cost of this option, especially considering we were less than 3 weeks from departure, would have been considerably more than the price we paid for our original cruise. Sue and Lindsay worked so hard to take care of everything, including changing our domestic flights, organizing travel insurance, visas for America, hotels, transfers and the cruise booking. We also got an upgraded cabin with drinks package and specialty meals. I was regularly kept informed of progress and I was provided with all the documentation, lanyards for the cruise, and full instructions on check-in timings, confirmations required etc. They were so knowledgeable and I couldn’t have asked for more!! Sue even gave me tips for how to get around and where to go shopping. Whilst on our trip we had one glitch with breakfast coupons for the kids at the hotel but a quick text to Sue and it was sorted immediately, despite it being a Saturday. We had the most incredible holiday, and we all LOVED the NCL cruise which I have no doubt worked out many times better than our original booking. But this was only made possible because of Sue and Lindsay at World Travellers Rolleston. If I hadn’t booked through them, I suspect the best I would have had from the original cruise company would have been a refund of our deposit and possibly a small voucher credit towards a future cruise as an apology. I can’t speak highly enough of how World Travellers supported me from start to finish. Booking with an agent came with so many advantages and value I could never have foreseen, but beyond this, World Travellers shared in the emotion of the disappointment of the original cancellation, and then the excitement as our next booking came together – they really cared about what we were experiencing. Thanks Sue and Lindsay for going above and beyond and giving us a dream holiday! 5 stars feels inadequate. I will definitely be booking with World Travellers again!!!

   Melanie Peacock is the best agent ever! She helped me book last minute flights to South America, finding me the best deal and taking her time to explain all the information to me. She always replies to emails as soon as possible, and really helped me when I started to panic about some political unrest in Peru. I felt supported the whole way through.    My wife and I had a 10 day expedition cruise on the Caledonian Sky from Darwin to Broome visiting various places of inerest on the Kimberlie Coast. To describe the cruise as awesome would be an understatement. It was the first cruise we have ever taken with APT and it wont be the last. The sites and beaches were simply breathtaking. The ships staff were attentive, the cabins were a good size, and the communication was superb. There were de briefs of the days activities and information about the following days activities were given. The relaxed atmosphere on board was appreciated.
