   I have been going to Rolleston Haircuts since it first opened and today was the worst experience I have ever had. I had the lady wearing a mask and it was so rough and even hurt when using the clippers. I was even worried that my ears were going to be cut. I was not at all happy with her attitude only said ok when finished. I have since looked at the staff photos and her name is Ethell. I don't want to put the other wonderful staff down.

   I went in for a cut today my hair was just over my shoulders the lady trimmed it thinned it out and that cost me $45 just for a trim and thinned out. When I got home I looked at the prices and she charged me for long hair when I have medium/short hair

   I took my 8-year-old son for a haircut and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. When his name was called, the first staff member showed no smile or warmth, which didn’t make us feel welcomed. He was then transferred to another stylist, who looked at the picture of the hairstyle but, without any greeting or explanation, started spraying water on his head and brushing his hair roughly. My son was startled and uncomfortable. When I raised my concern, the owner stepped in and changed the stylist, which I appreciated. However, I believe the team really needs to work on communicating with children first — talking to them, making them feel safe and comfortable — before starting. A little care and friendliness would make a big difference. I am not giving a 1 star because the the lady who cut my boys hair was gentle, nice and professional.

   Absolutely awesome staff. My family have been going for 5 years to Rolleston Haircuts. From colors, cuts and outstanding service, they are definitely worth 5 stars Great pricing and easy walk-in. A very Hard working team, that deserve recognition ❤️

   Waited for half an hour, no one cares about the name on the screen Poor management The customers that came after us were served before. Staff has no clue Thanks for the gesture, just felt humiliated and embarrassed, wont be coming back.

   Amazing color and cut today, Kendall is very professional and understanding of what I wanted..Was only out of the salon for a short time with lovely compliments about my hair. All the staff are lovely with a clean environment to work in. Staff are very welcoming. 10/10 service team

   This was unfortunately the worst haircut I have ever had. Went at a time when it wasn't busy. There was only one other person there for a cut so I was instantly seated. I had very long hair down to my back and requested a trim. The stylist rushed through a cut like there were people waiting and was done in 15minutes my long hair is now above my shoulders and super choppy. I'm not sure what look the stylist was going for but one side is shorter and has heavy choppy layers and the other side doesn't. Half a mullet? It will take until Xmas to grow all the holes to a point where another hairdresser can fix to avoid having to bring the whole lot up to my chin.

   Truly amazing. Kendal brightened up my hair with some awesome foils. The foil placement and cut were perfect. Kendal is an amazing colour artist. I’m never disappointed. All of the team give great service and really listen.
