Gabriella is amazing at doing foils on blonde hair and always listens to how I want it cut. I trust her completely, and I'm always so pleased with the result.

My Mum came for a cut today ay Highgate and had such a good experience. She is non-verbal following a stroke and finds it hard to communicate. The stylist was so patient with her and made sure she got just what she wanted. She looks fab too. We will be back!

I am increasingly impressed by the level of professionalism at this salon. Twice in the past, my wife has been unable to attend her appointment and they have happily cut my hair instead, and i have been ompressed and happy with the resultinghaircut and the price. Today my wife went to a barber to get her hair shaved off before beginning chemotherapy this week (someone suggested that a barber would be more used to this type of cut). Unfortunately at the place we went to the only person on duty was Muslim and therefore unable to cut women's hair. Highgate were able to fit her in at short notice and were extremely sensitive to our situation. I highly recommend Highgate and once again thank them for their wonderful service and professional demeanour
The best hairdressing experience I’ve ever had. Fantastic service, great hairdressers, and the owner is just wonderful. Anya has spoiled me for anyone else. My 4th appointment is coming up and I’m looking forward to it.
My wife called in and asked whats the price to have a hair cut done for my daughter and was told $35 but to our surprise we were told its $45 . The explanation was that she cuts kids hair in 30 mins but it took her 1 hour and that is why she had charged us. Happy to pay but would appreciate if this was told in the first instance . Also the shop was dirty with lots of hair on the floor and would appreciate if someone cleans them as its not a good sign . I don't like writing negative reviews about any business but people put there needs to know and don't want anyone ending up like us.
