Hi there My partner dealt with Dean at reception. I’m not sure if you’re the owner Dean- but you need to learn how to not be so utterly rude, disrespectful, and arrogant. We are willing to pay you good money to get a car fixed- so you need to learn how to do your job and not speak to us like garbage. Aside from your terrible attitude, you still haven’t delivered on quotes you said you’d do that day. Avoid this shop and go somewhere else
There were a bit of a delay when I reached out via 'contact us' about a question I had, but other than that great service. Fast and efficient and friendly staff. I'll definitely be back.
Very good. Video inspections sent to you, to see the issues, all round excellent communication. They were miles more useful than the brand dealership I went to initially.
Went today to ask for a puncture repair, unfortunately the staff was quite rude and impatient so I decided to go somewhere else. Be also aware that if you have an "accent" you could be treated in an unpleasant way.
Fast repairs and a friendly team, will be bringing my car back here in future, highly recommend.
