   I’ve just stepped out of the most informative, helpful, kind and uplifting experience I’ve ever had with a health professional. Mr Jason Ly is the surgeon that I visited here to discuss a minor skin issue. It was a 3 month wait (due to it not being urgent) and I feel so absolutely compelled to share on this review how welcoming and reassuring this consult was for me. Absolutely worth the wait. Highly recommended, family friendly (wife and kid in tow) and if I need him in the future I won’t hesitate to call his surgery again! Big thank you!!

   For over the last 20 years, my profession has had me travel all over the world, and can honestly say I have never had to deal with such incompetence and unprofessional behavior of an administration team, and what is more staggering is that this is a medical practice in New Zealand, quite unbelievable!!! I must be very clear that this review is not of the actual work of Dr Loluhea who showed complete professionalism at all times. What was not made clear is that Surgeons on Clarence do no accept direct insurance payments or do they help in the facilitation of insurance payments. It was only due to the help of the kind staff at Anglesea Hospital or I would be out of pocket over 3,000 nzd.. My advice, avoid them like the plague!!!!!!
