I cannot thank Andrew Jones enough for what he has done for my foot over the past few months at Waikato Podiatry. After completing Ironman on an injured foot, I finally got an ultrasound after my physio suggested to get an appointment at Waikato Podiatry. From then on, things got better. After six months of pain and not being really able to run (side note I am a running coach) Andrew was able to pinpoint the problem and professionally design some inner soles, which allowed my fat pad and heel to heal. Without his assistance, I fear I would not have been able to experience a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity of guiding my visually impaired friend at the New York City Marathon, and for this, I will be grateful.
Andrew is great! He was attentive and informative on both of my visits. He explained everything, he was professional and above all caring in his treatment. I felt comfortable and safe in Andrew's care. I had previously been referred to another podiatrist and I am really grateful that this time I was referred to Andrew. I also had an ingrown toenail that has bothered me daily for over 20 years, Andrew dealt with it and it hasn't been sore at all since. I am so grateful I discovered Andrew Jones! He is excellent! After battling for so long with my feet, seeing someone last year, who made it worse and I had to get a few injections into my feet because their methods did not work, it is an immense relief to have orthotics that work! And the orthotics have released the pain in my feet and knees. Very grateful!

Can't believe how quickly what seemed like a massive issue was resolved! Was able to get in the same day due to a cancellation. Communication was excellent. During our visit Andrew was patient and thorough determining the cause of my son's pain. Within 45mins we had 2 pairs of his shoes lined with customised support as well as extra inserts and I'd even been given a lesson in strapping - while Andrew also taped my sons ankle. 3 days on, no pain or discomfort! Plus a follow up call checking in. Couldn't be more pleased. Thanks Andrew, and I can't forget sparkly Jess at reception!
Met Andrew on the Milford Hike when my husband had fallen out of his bunk and caught his foot in the ladder. Andrew kindly strapped and treated his foot for the duration of the hike. He was very professional and friendly. I would like to personally thank Andrew for his assistance.
I am not one to bestow praise easily, but in the case of Waikato Podiatry Clinic have absolutely no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone. My feet have presented a number of varied, rather special problems, which have always been met comprehensively by the team at Waikato Podiatry. They have come up with innovative solutions to meet the increasing challenges of my feet. Their depth of knowledge and skill has always been apparent. Over the years I have always felt that each member of staff has taken a personal interest in my situation. Specifically they have recommended other related services where appropriate and helped me obtain financial assistance from WINZ to pay for treatment, so for some time I have enjoyed their service free of charge. They handled an application to ACC on my behalf. Absolutely satisfied with their services, I highly recommend them.
Andrew really listens well and cares about the clients outcome. He never tries to rush through an appointment and is always thorough and thoughtful. He has helped me to overcome a painful hip issue partially caused by big toe problems.
