   Edited: however, they did reach out to offer to fix them up the following day. Unfortunately I was away so couldn’t do this but the offer was nice! There wasn’t a great range of colours unless you were getting gel. My pedicure was messy and I was told that my nails were dry so I left but they weren’t as my nails were damaged straight away so I have had to take the polish off. Overall this wasn’t a great experience.

   Friendly service by Grace and QiQi! It was my first visit and I loved how welcoming they were. QiQi was so fast with the nail designs and understood exactly what I wanted. My nails turned out so pretty that two ladies complimented them on my way out! I’m really happy with the whole experience — thank you, Petal Nails!

   First time visiting this salon today and I was really impressed. The space is very clean with a fantastic vibe. Tina did a wonderful job on my spa mani-pedi combo with gel polish and made the whole experience so relaxing. I’ll definitely be returning!

   I had my nails shaped and buffed with polish at Petals. Maggie did a fantastic job, I am so happy with the results. She is very professional and talented. The salon has a great vibe. I would recommend Petals to anyone wanting amazing nails!

   $94 + 3hrs for THE worst nails in my life. I asked for marbled french tips (gel on SNS base). The french tips were uneven - I had to keep instructing my nail tech to fix the wonky nails multiple times and even after 3hrs theyre STILL wonky. She applied an extension to 1 broken thumb nail but made it shorter than my other (natural) thumb!! I asked at the start for a bit of nail art on the ring finger but she said not enough time- I assume she actually meant she didn't have enough skill to pull it off, seeing as she couldn't even do basic french tips. Not only were the french tips a disaster (smudged, uneven, wonky), the final top coat wasn't even fully cured so they were sticky!!! I realised this when I got to my car so I ran back and asked them to fix it- different tech who was fixing them kept leaving "holes" and streaks so I had to keep pointing them out to fix it!! They said they'd give me 10% off my next purchase there- as if I'd ever go back. I'm going back to my old salon - where they do full set of SNS nails + extensions for $85 in 2hrs. AND they last 5-6wks no problem with no chips, no cracks. AND all the nails are the same length! Why are you charging $94 for nails that aren't even the same shape/size with a sticky uncured topcoat????? If you have an apprentice tech, just say so and charge appropriately!!!! Or let me choose a better tech!!

   I had a bit of a hiccup with the first nail polish they applied, seemed very soft. I went back and they were quick to remedy this and offered me another application. I did choose a gel this time, and it was excellent. They have excellent customer service and are never in a hurry to make you leave. Very thorough. All the girls seem lovely. ☺️

   Qiqi is amazing gave me the best ever nails a month ago. Came back and another person did them think maybe either she is new or had a bad day but every nail is different and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. But highly recommend Qiqi ( hope that’s how you spell her name)

   Had gel spa manicure and pedicure. Wouldn’t go back as the gel is already peeling off 24 hrs later. The pedicure seats were grubby and quite a bit of hair down the sides of the seats. Really there should have been three coats of the nail colour as is patchy rather than uniform colour.
