   Appalled at their attitude. I was offered a free will when I signed up to use their conveyancing service and yet was refused the will because I waited until I had completed shifting into the house before asking again about getting it done. I was not informed of any time limit on the offer and the will was not completed by them at the time of conveyancing which is their oversight. I will never use them again. Do not trust them. They are the sort of lawyers people need lawyers to protect themselves from!

   We had wills and EPAs done here. It pays to keep tabs on things and make sure to request drafts to check and final signed copies of documents. They didn't send us draft copies of the EPAs (and to be fair we did not request them). When we went to sign them we discovered several errors - so they had to be redone. I've also had to request a final signed copy of my EPAs (I mistakenly thought they might send an electronic version as a matter of course). I found one of the solicitors seemed to struggle with our non-conventional situation. He thought my husband was my son, (who is younger than me - but not that much younger) and it just seemed to run along a similar vein for the remainder of our interactions. It seemed like he struggled with my requests to leave a significant portion of my estate to charities rather than extended family by marriage (we have no children), etc. This firm is possibly better for more traditional situations than ours.
