   I bought my MIL here today. She has alzheimers and repeats herself a lot. Her nails were also in quite a state. The girls were fabulous. So kind and professional. She loved every minute of it and they did a great job. Will definitely return.

   Quality nails, nice & quiet salon. I love coming here and getting sculpture gel. It’s the only thing that makes my nails last and doesn’t chip even when I’m quite hard on them. It’s also a nice and quiet compared to most other salons. Terrence does an especially good job but they’re all great to be honest! I highly rate this nail spa.

   The nail tech I had was inexperienced. My fingers were bleeding alot and she blamed me I washed my hand too hard. Another lady came whom I think might be the owner saw it and offered me to come back and finish the paint “no charge” while I already paid for the full service anyways. No compensations, no reply after contacting them a week later as I was still recovering. Very disappointing customer service. Will not go back.

   I would give zero stars if i could. When I came in for my first infill, the place was clearly overbooked. The nail tech was rushing between clients, and I was being worked on while she was still finishing someone else. She rushed me out the door so quickly I didn’t realize how bad the nails were until I got home. My thumbnails were completely different shapes, the gel was bumpy and uneven, and the finish looked mottled and messy. For $85, I expected professional looking nails. I booked a follow-up with my original nail tech who did my original set to get them fixed, and the nail tech simply never showed up. No one knew where she was. I waited for over 20 minutes before I finally got up and asked where she was. Eventually someone called her and she did not pick up. They rebooked me 3 hours later assuring me she would show up. When I returned, she was still five minutes late and never once apologized—for missing the appointment, for the state of my nails, or for the inconvenience. Worse, she appeared to not see any issue with the state of my nails and was quite rude with me about whether they even needed fixing—despite the obvious flaws. She only corrected three nails after I insisted, and now it's glaringly obvious: the nails she fixed look clean and beautiful, while the others still look like a rushed mess. See photos for reference. I’ll tolerate the mismatched set for the next couple of weeks, but I will never be going back. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic customer care is completely unnnacceptable. AVOID.
