   I belong to the gym which includes the swimming pool. It's a friendly, informal place. The gym is non judgemental for us older, rounder, softer people with approachable staff who are happy to help. Good support for those of us with completely knackered backs, who need to keep moving. The swimming pool is clean. It's a tiny bit cold for me but that encourages you to get your wobbly backside moving sharpish. The spa pool is also clean and beautifully warm.

   Such a great spot. Hardly anyone here in Jan 2 so our kids had a blast in the pool. Hydro slide was running and they loved it. Pools were a little colder than usual but we knew this as their website and Facebook page explained it. Helpful staff and tidy facilities

   There are a number of pools for the kids ... we are always in the water for 2 hours straight, playing away! Pool Attendants keep an eye on everyone. Lots of laughter around the place! It was full today with families enjoying the facility. Friendly reception staff. Great way to spend the day, especially with the cafe and playground right next door!
