   My property manager arranged for Geoff Simmonds to purchase a double oven from Trade Depot, install it, and dispose of the old oven from my rental property. Firstly, the price of the oven on Trade Depot’s official website is $999.00 (including GST). However, on the invoice provided by Geoff Simmonds, an additional approximately $150 GST was charged on top of this amount. When I emailed Geoff Simmonds to ask why GST was charged again, he replied that all Trade Depot prices exclude GST. This statement is clearly incorrect, as Trade Depot’s website explicitly shows prices as GST-inclusive. I later contacted Trade Depot directly to confirm this. Secondly, I requested the original purchase receipt, as it is required for any future warranty claims. This is a reasonable and legitimate request, as I paid for the appliance. However, Geoff Simmonds refused to provide the original receipt, even after I explained my reasons. In subsequent emails, he stated that the price he paid was lower than $999.00, which raised further concerns and explained why he was unwilling to provide the receipt. Finally, when the property manager and I visited the rental property again, the tenant informed us that after removing the old oven, Geoff Simmonds left it at the back door of the property. However, the oven door and several components had been removed and taken away. This raised serious concerns about how the removed appliance and its parts were handled. This was my first interaction with Geoff Simmonds. Based on this experience, I found his conduct to be unprofessional, lacking transparency, and unreliable. I have informed my property manager that Geoff Simmonds is not to be engaged for any future maintenance work on my rental property.

   Geoff has an amazing personality and his service is outstanding and very genuine. He has the capacity to do the research for repairing the current product and fix it for us too. He did 2 electrical jobs for us and the invoice arrived with his licence number, even though I didn't ask him to provide. Big thank you Geoff. I strongly recommend Geoff for others, and I will definitely hire him if I ever need help again.

   Great service from Geoff & his team! My fence + overgrown hedge partially collapsed due to the windy weather and weight and Geoff came out the same day I contacted him - on a wet evening - to view and quote. I took the opportunity to request additional maintenance work which his team were able to complete that week. I'll be in touch for future work and thank you.

   Geoff fixed my curtain rails, the screws were coming out of the walls because the rails had been put into the plaster and not the stud. Geoff did delay by a day but he let me know. He was quick doing the job and has good communication.
