   I studied in 2023. I would not go anywhere near this campus, hugely unprofessional and unorganized. I Had a friend pass away earlier this year that completed her beauty level 3 and still they haven't given her family her graduation papers. Communication is shocking and again no respects paid towards people that should of had it. I'm glad this place is closing down for the better.

   I studied at Elite when it was previously Face and Beauty. It was fantastic! However I am still waiting on my diploma certificates. I have been into the campus to pick it up and it was in Hamilton. They took my details and no one has got hold of me. I’ve tried to call, go in a number of times but can never get a park. Have also emailed Stella to get it sent out and still have no received it. Customer service needs a real overhaul! Not impressed at all.

   I previously studied at what was face and beauty and the course wasn’t too bad but it’s very unorganised. I’m giving a one star as i studied in 2020 and have still not received my diploma, iv tried emailing, ringing, iv been told they will sort it for me but haven’t heard anything in months! I’m currently paying over $20k for a course I don’t even have proof of completing… work and wholesalers need proof of my diploma and I have no proof at all, also we didn’t even get to celebrate as a class once finished yet alone have a graduation they decided to have one 2 years after the course was finished, And only a few of us in the class were notified about the graduation. Go to Toi Ohomai it’s cheaper and more professional.

   As a student that graduated last year, I’m giving elite 1 star because I’m struggling to contact them in regards to my diploma. I’ve emailed, I’ve called, I’ve been in and seen them and yet not me nor my class mates have gotten their diploma certificate because we were unable to attend the graduation ceremony. Face & Beauty we’re amazing until they made the move to Elite, it’s been unbelievable.

   Big thank you to the girls and tutor for supporting and providing their time to come join our pamper afternoon this week. The girl's spend all afternoon doing manicures for our clients who struggle with mental health issues and made each and everyone on them feel special and beautiful.    I have had a number of treatments with Jessica and they have all been amazing. Great atmosphere and very professional with tailored treatments to suit what I need. Would highly recommend if you want to treat yourself.
